Data deletion requests

We value your privacy and handle personal data responsibly and transparently. You can ask us to delete your personal data at any time.

How to request deletion

Email privacy@m2-squared.co.uk and include:

• your full name;
• the email address you registered with;
• the service, app or platform where your data is held;
• any specific details about the data you want deleted.

We will confirm your request and complete deletion within 30 days, in line with UK GDPR and other applicable law.

What happens next

1. We verify your identity, if necessary.
2. We locate your data across our systems.
3. We securely delete it.
4. We confirm completion by email.
